To make an appointment, please call the practice during business hours on (03) 5623-5588 or (03) 5623-1307.
We will schedule your appointment as soon as it is practicable for you and for us.
Please let the practice receptionist know if you are in pain and an emergency appointment is required, and we will do what we can to preferably accommodate you on that day.
If you are a new patient, please Click here to download the new patient form form and complete this prior to arriving.
Your time is valuable and we understand that. We will do all that we can to be on time for you, except in the case of an emergency in our schedule. We ask that you also be on time for us, and if you are unable to attend, please give us at least 24 hours notice so that we might be able to bring another patient’s appointment forward if their need was urgent, thus benefitting everybody. |
