Is this your First Visit with Us?
You may be feeling a little anxious before meeting a new dentist for the first time. Let us assure you that this feeling is very common.
We have found, however, that by creating an environment where:
- you can meet our team
- your comfort is of utmost importance,
- you allow us to hear from you about all the things which are concerning you about your mouth, and
- by discussing your expectations,
then... you will very quickly become relaxed and pleasantly surprised. We will be able to do a thorough oral health examination and on most occasions we will be able to explain your diagnosis and options for treatment at this initial appointment. If your medical or dental situation is more complex then it is advisable for us to arrange for another consultation to further any discussion and commence treatment at, or even after, that second visit.
If you have urgent treatment needs, or if you are in pain, be assured that we will at least do something to manage that need, or take the pain away in that first visit. |
